Texas Tech Health El Paso students are expected to follow university conduct standards and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Students also have the right to seek a prompt and fair review of complaints or grievances involving other students or university personnel.

By accepting admission and enrolling at Texas Tech Health El Paso, students retain the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.

Students are expected to comply with:

• Federal, state, and local laws;
• Rules and regulations of the Texas Tech University System Board of Regents;
• Texas Tech Health El Paso policies and regulations; and
• Directives issued by authorized Texas Tech Health El Paso officials acting within the scope of their duties.
