Joint Admission Medical Program (JAMP)
The Joint Admission Medical Program (JAMP) is a statewide pathway to medicine for highly qualified Texas students who have experienced economic disadvantage. JAMP provides academic, financial and mentoring support from college through medical school.

About JAMP
Statewide Student Support
Created by the Texas Legislature, JAMP helps eligible students prepare for medical school through undergraduate scholarships and stipends, mentoring, summer internship experiences, clinical enrichment, MCAT preparation and personal and professional development.
Students who satisfy all program requirements receive guaranteed admission to a participating Texas medical school and scholarship support for medical school.
Summer Enrichment at the Foster School of Medicine
The Foster School of Medicine hosts approximately 20 JAMP pre-medical students from across Texas for a second summer enrichment experience. Participants engage in academic, clinical and professional-development activities designed to support their preparation for medical school.
JAMP Application Workshops
