How to Apply

All application materials must be uploaded to the EP Tech Application Portal by 11:59 p.m. (MST) on the application deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

Required Application Materials

1. HSON Admission Application

   • Complete the online application by the appropriate deadline.
   • A non-refundable $75 application fee is required.

2. Resume/CV

   • Provide a current professional resume or curriculum vitae.

3. Official Transcripts

   • Submit official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions where you earned college credit (not just those granting degrees).
   • Graduates of the HSON ABSN program may submit an unofficial transcript.
   • International Applicants: Provide academic records in the original language with certified English translation and U.S. equivalencies.

4. Valid R.N. License

   • Proof of an unencumbered R.N. license in your state of residency.
   • You must have successfully passed the National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN) prior to starting M.S.N. coursework.
5. Official TOEFL Scores (if applicable)
   • Required for applicants whose first language is not English.
   • Contact Educational Testing Services (ETS) to have your scores sent directly to Texas Tech Health El Paso.

After Acceptance

• A combined, non-refundable $150 placement and orientation fee is due upon acceptance.
• Payment instructions are included in your official offer letter.
