Our four-year curriculum builds progressively from foundational clinical training to advanced neurology, subspecialty experience, electives and career preparation.

PGY-1

Foundational Training

Build core skills in internal medicine, critical care, emergency medicine and neurology.

PGY-2

Core Neurology

Develop confidence in inpatient neurology, stroke, neurocritical care, outpatient clinic and psychiatry.

PGY-3

Advanced Clinical Experience

Gain focused experience in epilepsy, EMU, neuromuscular medicine, EMG and child neurology.

PGY-4

Leadership and Electives

Refine clinical judgment, expand outpatient expertise and pursue electives aligned with career goals.

Year-by-Year Rotations

PGY-1: Foundational Training

Residents complete the preliminary year in collaboration with the internal medicine and neurology departments. Two possible tracks are available.
