How to Apply
The Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing (GGHSON) Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing application process requires applicants to complete two applications.
Application Requirements and Deadlines
Applicants must complete both applications by the posted deadline to be considered for admission:
- Nursing Centralized Application Service (NursingCAS) application – A $60 application fee is required.
- GGHSON Supplemental Application (secondary) – A $75 application fee is required. Applicants must complete the supplemental application after receiving an email invitation.
Follow the NursingCAS link instructions to complete the application. Upon submission of a complete NursingCAS application, applicants must complete the supplemental application once they receive an email invitation to complete the secondary application.

Accelerated B.S.N. Program Application Dates
Applications open and close on the following dates:

To help you enter your grades correctly, have your transcripts or the GGHSON advisor evaluation available when entering prerequisite courses in the GPA calculation module. Admissions staff will audit these grades for accuracy after you submit your completed application.
Placement Fee Upon Acceptance
Upon acceptance, students are required to pay a $150 placement fee. Payment instructions are included in the enrollment offer letter.
Additional Notes
- It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure both the NursingCAS and supplemental applications are complete and submitted by the application deadline.
- Application fees and placement fees are non-refundable.
- Applicants are responsible for selecting the correct program and campus at the time of application.

Financial Aid Information
Applicants interested in applying for financial aid, including student loans, grants, or scholarships, upon admittance to the GGHSON must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The GGHSON requires a FAFSA on file to be eligible for scholarships offered by the school.
Applicants interested in financial aid (student loans, grants, scholarships) should:
