Program Courses

The Post-Baccalaureate Nursing Leadership Certificate is a fully online program designed to equip nurses with essential leadership skills in finance, operations, and organizational management. This certificate consists of four graduate-level courses (12 credit hours) and provides a flexible learning experience that allows students to access coursework from any location with internet access.

Upon completing the certificate, students have the option to continue their education and apply earned credits toward the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree at the Texas Tech Health El Paso Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing.
