Who We Are 

The Texas Tech Health El Paso Faculty Wellness Program is housed within the Office of Faculty Affairs to promote wellness initiatives that support faculty health, quality of life, and professional success at Texas Tech Health El Paso.

To promote an organizational culture and healthy work environment that supports optimal wellness and professional fulfillment of the faculty at Texas Tech Health El Paso. 

Mission

To identify and deliver an integrated comprehensive approach that optimizes wellness interventions and strategies that can influence individual behavior change and organizational culture to improve the wellness and career growth of the Texas Tech Health El Paso faculty.
