The Office of Faculty Development's mission is to nurture Texas Tech Health El Paso faculty by providing dynamic training aimed at enhancing scholarship, research, teaching and leadership skills to mentor and empower the next generation of health care leaders. From Institutional Faculty Development Programs to Continuing Medical Education, our office provides opportunities for our faculty to consistently participate in activities that enhance their skills as educators.
