Faculty Affairs

The Office of Faculty Affairs oversees the policies, procedures, and services related to faculty recruitment, credentialing, appointment, orientation, annual evaluation, tenure, andpromotion, comprehensive performance evaluation, and faculty retention for Texas Tech Health El Paso. This office advises department chairs, administrative officers, and faculty members at all timescareer stages on policies regarding faculty recruitment, compensation, leaves of absence,counseling, grievance, and appeal procedures.
